Layered PSD file needed for profile page of website

Design details: We require a 'user profile' page layered PSD design for a website, which is currently in build phase.

We are NOT looking for a great deal of creative input as the style of the website has already been designed (per existing homepage).

We ARE looking for someone who can take our existing homepage design and extend this style to create a new 'user profile' page based our existing responsive bootstrap template.

Designer should deliver a layered PSD file - we will then convert to HTML5 ourselves (if you can do this please also state on your bid).

We will supply the freelancer with the following materials to complete the work:

- A wireframe we have already created for the profile page
- Our existing responsive bootstrap template
- Our existing homepage (layered PSD design)

Examples of previous website design (preferably profile pages) would be helpful, also an initial conversation over skype would be preferred to select a vendor.
Ideas for the visual style: Style already exists (homepage), we require an extension of this to the profile page.
Preferred colors: Per our existing homepage design.
