Lawyer

We are a sales organisation specialising in training business to business sales professionals. Our training activities include the provision of e-training direct to individuals and the building and managing of online sales academies for clients. The business is international.

We currently offer one off usage purchase of sales e-training modules, programmes and e-books, and are introducing subscription pricing to enable users to have access to all the on-site training material for an agreed period.

We seek a suitably qualified lawyer to join our virtual team.

The role would be threefold:

- An initial project to amend our existing website terms and conditions to include subscription pricing.

- Ongoing advice to check over potential partners’ and corporate clients’ contractual documents prior to us entering into agreements with them.

- Ad hoc legal advice on client contracts, user terms and conditions and privacy policy requirements.

Additionally, we would expect new projects to arise as we continue to develop our range of services and expand our client base.

Bidders should be highly experienced in website and e-commerce related legislation and compliance requirements, and references would be required.
