Launching New Business Website

I need a brand new website for an editing business. Require advice as to best route to choose; I am an individual offering a full editing service including novels, poetry, dissertations etc. A creative writing, one-to-one mentoring service will also be included. May need optimisation, social media presence; basically require professional and professional advice. I want the look of something contemporary and creative,needs PayPal embedded but limited photographs.
