With background opacity similar to http://rapidoseo.com
I need the icons attached to be placed on the side underneath the mail icon (with a hover effect) - visit http://bamillionaire.co.cc/ to see what I mean.
In short:
- I need it to popup once per visit
- If the visitor wants to pop it up again they should be able to do so using the icon on the side
- The button must have a hover effect (see attached)
