Launch party freelance help

Hello

I'm looking for someone to help us for a couple of hours.

We're responsible for the guest list for an opening evening for a family friendly pub nr Romford.

We need to get local businesses to RSVP and come along - it's completely free and they get a welcome drink and canapes!

Hopefully it'll be quite easy to do but as we're not based locally, we're looking for someone with local knowledge and contacts to give us a hand.
