Launch Of Product- PR strategy and press release/ advice

Hello,
I am looking at launching a business in the next few months as a sole trader. I know there are some very talented people on here.

I am looking for a PR person who can help me devise a PR strategy on launching my brand.

I have very limited funds so most of my ideas will be creative- low cost, simple ideas.

I will not able be able to the afford the project fee in one go so looking to pay on a pay as you go basis, per hour of your time.

I am looking for you to devise the strategy, can you advise me how many hours you'd estimate this would took take?

I cannot guarantee a set amount of hours apart from 1 hour. So please bid on 1 hour of your time and your estimated hours for the above.

It would if your portfolio had relevant experience of skills and also please advise in your bid what areas you'd cover in the strategy?
