Label Design PDF Image format

I require the design of a label, please see attached mock-up.

The label size would be 30mm x 35mm with a 5mm sewing gap at the top of the label. This 5mm gap would be hidden in the waistband of the garment, so technically your working space would be 30mm x 30mm.

The layout would be as pictured in the mock-up - size marker, logo, url.

I have the files for the logo, please see attached, these will just need resizing to suit. I would like the label designed in 2D and in the three main colours - light grey, dark grey and red.

The font for the size marker and url would need to be harabara font.

I require the label to be in PDF image format.

Once I have checked this label with the printer, I would then require this label a further six times with the size marker being the only change ie: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, but this would be a separate job, so please initially quote for this one label job.
