Kohana PHP Site Fix

Assistance required in getting a site (created using Kohana php) fully live again. Another peopleperhour developer was making changes to the site to fix a session ID issue and is having difficulty amending fix which broke site. He added a little code at the top of config.php file and checked website and found not working. He then uploaded site again but found internal pages not working i.e. not accessible. The error is showing as "Please check the Kohana documentation for information about the following error.
