Kindle/e-reader book formatter required

Hello all, I am looking for a Kindle/E-reader expert to make the following changes to three E-books currently displayed on Amazon so that we can re-upload them in a more aesthetic format. At present, the spacings and pictures are all over the place. Requirements:

- Format Microsoft Word (.doc) titles for upload to Amazon
- Remove spacings and edit paragraphs from current format to make book flow when displayed on Kindle
- Create table of contents for books
- Format pictures correctly

Basically we have been formatting the .doc file books ourselves and when uploaded to Amazon they download on the Kindle device all over the place with erroneous spaces and improper paragraphs etc.

There are 3 books to work on all approximately 250 Word pages long. We'll take one book at a time and if all goes well, regular work will ensue as more titles are on the way.
