Kindle book formatting

I have a book ready to publish in Kindle however, it was originally an eBook in a magazine style format with images so I simply need to have it formatted into the Kindle format and the images formatted ready to upload to Kindle. The book is currently in both Word and PDF formats and is 58 pages with lots of images.

I would like to have it completely ready for Kindle uploading. It does not need editing as I have a publisher for that. I simply need it in the correct format.

The document is 47MB so I cannot upload it here but can share via Dropbox when proposal is agreed.
