Keyword Research for Google Adwords Campaign

I need a company to do the following for a Google Adwords Campaigns (there are 8 of them):

Keyword Research
Set up of the AdWords Campaign
Monitoring of the campaign

We are an Ecommerce company working with the retail industry. I am in need of a company who can work with my team on day to day SEO, Adwords and SEM works, it would be a long term work, I am ready to have atleast 1 year contract in one go as I have very little time on focusing on this. But to see expertise I would firstly like to stsrt with Keyword Research
