Junior designer (remote worker) needed for various small projects

I have a small branding and design business based in London, UK which is currently very busy, so I'm looking for some occasional help from someone who can work under my control.

I'm looking for a junior-level designer with high standards who wants to develop their skills at the same time as making some money.

You must be willing to listen and follow my instructions closely – I require fanatical attention to detail on all jobs – and also turn things around quickly.

The work will be a mix of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator work – for print and for web. It will include some editorial design, Photoshop retouching and possibly also some idea-generation for branding purposes. If you are good with words, there may also be some writing or copy editing. If you know your way around Wordpress and can work with CSS there may be some more things that you can do for me.

There will be some small projects to start (a few hours at a time) – and larger amounts of work (measured in days) will follow if those go well. Ideally, you could be available at fairly short notice too.

I'm open to offers from anywhere, but your written and spoken English must be native-standard. If you are in London then it's possible that this could turn into a real job in a London design studio in a few months from now.

You must have your own Mac and version 5.x of Adobe Creative Suite.
