JQuery - rollover effect in an "online library" - might need someone soon!

hope you remember me and that you are going well!
I will probably need someone shortly to sort out a JQuery issue on on this page : http://www.pascal-antoinet.com/offline/jlstr/collec_jlstr_superpose.html (I need someone to set up the code so that the red buttons appear on RollOver, with a darkening effect on the image (see capture attached).
The environment will be responsive and slightly tricky as all books do not have the same height.
Would you be available on work on this project this week?
