Joomla Website - Fill in the template with modules and plugins and some content

Experienced Developers ONLY! Joomla template using Helix framework. Need to have Jomsocial added, several other modules and plugins installed such as the calendar of events. Add several navigation menu items using K2/Joomla Admin panel and make sure the submenus correspond with the main menu. Conduct cross browser checks to make sure template works on all browsers. Adjust slider modules to scale images properly. Add some content to articles, photo and video gallery.

This is a newspaper website. Developer can transfer some of the content from the current site: www.theskanner.com to the new site: theskanner.hotandmobile.com
Site will be transfered as a separate project from the current host to a permanent host; must provide Q/A.
