Joomla website

I've been a complete idiot and deleted a new website and I need it rebuilt. It is a Joomla 2.5 website.

Originally it was built but I wasn't happy with it the person that originally did this is no longer available or the files although the site can still be viewed. I had the site rebuilt and was completely happy with it but the files all got deleted from the ftp site and now needs rebuilding I do however have some of the templates for it. I need this website to be rebuilt and live before friday. I can input all the text no problem. but need all the templates set up, menus and pages. Also I need an application form created and login sections for employees and learners.

Would prefer someone local to me in essex as may have future projects and want to build an on going relationship for future projects but not essential
