JOOMLA WEBSITE

I am looking for someone to produce a Joomla website for me based on an idea i have for a Print Finishing company. I have used Joomla a little in the past adding images and text through the admin page but would want someone to help with the initail setup and design. My idea is based around a book with turning pages http://flippingbook.com/ a little like this link with a toolbar for quick acces to any page. I will want the book to take up the whole page except for the toolbar. If possible i would like to maybe have videos on individual pages.
