Joomla Site setup

1- I provide you with a Joomle template. Please visit http://www.templatemonster.com/joomla-templates/36802.html for template number 36802 and http://www.templatemonster.com/joomla-templates/36751.html for template number 36751. I supply one of these templates.
2- The site is about a metal workshop that produces gates, electric gates, kitchen canapé, railings, ventilation systems etc. The site should have a page for each product and a gallery button under which we present several sub-galleries for each product.
3- We host the site on our Windows 2008 servers which support PHP4 and 5.
4- You should make sure that the design of the template is maintained as much as possible with some changes to match the subject of the site.
5- The top header flash should be replaced with an equivalent JQuery . The image gallery also should be in such way that uses JQuery to reduce the size of images for loading.
6- I have already created their Facebook, LinkedIn and Tweeter accounts and would like you to link their account to their site.
7- Once you setup nitty gritty of the site, I would like you to instruct me as how to change the logo, and other bits of the site.
8- This job is mainly a setup rather than a ground up development and probably takes you one or two days at most I recon.
