Joomla Menu Plugin Development

I require a custom plugin to take the catagory and article structure and (tick a box to add the catagories) create menu structure listing all articles within catagories ticked.
for instance
i am writing over 300 articles for this site i want to be able to create various menus eg

/plumber/plumber-worthing
/worthing/Worthing-plumber
/plumber/plumber-brighton
/brighton/brighton-plumber

i also need the menu to auto update when articles are added or taken away looks are not important as there are plenty of menu modules to choose from and mostly they are just for the structure for seo

I also require and additional "replace all" function adding to tinymce
