My company has a requirement for a Joomla Engineer to modify a Joomla template to fit our customers specification requirements in terms of look and feel.
Our customer has commissioned a graphic designer who has created requirement specifications in visual format and we need to have this translated into a working Joomla template which has cross browser functionality across all of the major browsers and is preferably compatible with Joomla 1.6.
