Joomla Layout Modification

I have a Joomla Website with an installed Auction Component.

I need a few things removed/altered. I believe them to be css issues and also I need a section of the template footer deleted.

I have attached sketches of 3 of the changes needed, there are another three which are of the same kind ie there will be no additions or programming/functionality changes to the site or component. I can show these before you bid if you wish, I can only attach 3 files at this point.

I don't perceive there to be any designing needed, just small changes to css/template to make the component match the template better.
