Joomla Hotel Booking Communication System

There are plenty of full on booking systems available for Joomla but we need one that doesn't deal with payments, just communication between small hotels and customers.

The clients to use this site are small boutique hotels who do not have the ability to process payments through an online portal and will instead reply confirming that the dates are available along with contact details.

Many of the large boutique hotel sites use this system as independent hotels do not have localized booking systems or online payment details.

This booking an communication portal is needed urgently as the company we had the site developed with have unfortunately shut their doors without completing. We are left with 90% of a site finished just need this custom module done.
