Joomla Hikashop Quickbooks integration needed

We're looking for a PHP expert to integrate Hikashop (latest Business version) shopping cart with our Quickbooks 2010 Premier software (UK version). We are using the latest Joomla 2.5 software.
According to Hikashop, it would be relatively straightforward to develop a Hikashop plug in to achieve this. See here:

Hikashop already offers the ability to export all orders via CSV but we need a more automated/integrated solution.

Key deliverables:
- Manual (and ideally automated) import of all Hikashop orders and customer data into Quickbooks as sales invoices. The simpler it works, the better. All key info must be transferred over e.g., customer name, billing, shipping info, order number and details (including any product options/variants), VAT, shipping method, custom message fields etc...
- The product details would be synced between website and Quickbooks by matching sku numbers. Inventory sync is not necessary.
- This integration would also allow us to update the order status on website and advise our customers when the order has shipped.

We will need this project completed quickly within 3-5 days including testing. Please only bid if you have relevant expertise/experience in developing Quickbooks integration solutions ideally with Hikashop. Bids with generic messages like "yes, we can do this!" will be rejected so please be very specific about your experience and ability to deliver on this project.
