Joomla Expert Wanted

I am looking for a Joomla expert to remove an existing menu bar with 7 main pages on it and approximately 40 sub pages and replace it with a new one which will have approximately 10 main pages and approximately 40 sub pages.

I would like to see an example of one before its installed and the new menu bar should have the sub menu split into 2 columns like it is currently on their website (but only works 60% of the time).

Also would need to test this before we override the live site.

1. When you can do this.
2. Examples of a menu bar
3. Total cost
