Joomla development. URL addresses changes

After a website change I am now left with 2 web addresses pointing to each web page. The developer who changed the website has moved country and I need someone to change the addresses attached. This needs to be done asap and must be inline with the company running the SEO.

In addition to this, the web pages now seem to have formatted in a strange manor as this example:

http://www.adducology.com/cv-writing/careers-services/cv-writing

You can see it follows the system .com / product / group / product

Where it should be .com / group / product

So for the above example:

http://www.adducology.com/careers-services/cv-writing

I need this change for all products and and pages (I think about 7) I am keen to get this done as soon as possible.
