Joomla developer

I posted a job a while ago in PPH, then I thought I had found a solution but I hadn't. Anyway, the job is for a Joomla developer. A friend and I have been very slowly working on a computer business for a long while now and it's not really started because our website isn't finished. What we need is for a Joomla developer to finish it which includes doing the following:
•Getting Virtue mart & Google Checkout working on Joomla 1.7 (currently the site gets a 404 or 500 error whenever I click on anything)
•Configure Virtue mart with Google Checkout (we already have a Google checkout account but that's it)
•Entering all the products that are for sale into virtue mart (there are at least about 40 so far and they all must have customizable drop down options). The products are currently in RSFormPro and need to be moved because RSform Pro is rubbish and was a mistake.
• Possibly change the look of the site a bit if needed for when configuring Virtuemart/ Google checkout
