Joomla developer

I am looking for a quotation for a 2-column Joomla template and working site from a set of screenshots. All design and content would be provided by me.

The screenshots are not PSD files but are straightforward and I can provide all 'sliced' images in a folder, inc Logo, menu & title images, etc.. I can provide measurements (e.g. column widths) in pixels for layout itself.

In a nutshell, the site is a 2-column video blog (some vids are Youtube and some are Vimeo), with a sales page (selling a video course as a zip file via paypal) and email subscription box (linked to Infusionsoft).

THE SITE

A. Header

1. Logo (provided by me)
2. Subsribe to newsletter box: name / email box on right hand side of header. Linked to Infusionsoft account.
3. Menu (text in graphic form not text form as I don't want to use websafe fonts). Plus some small Facebook & Twitter icons / links.

B. Left Hand column (7 basic page types plus lessons so approx. 12 pages in total to start, which I can add to later):

1. Welcome page.
- Welcome box with embedded streaming video (Flowplayer)
- Underneath welcome box: Featured (latest) video with embedded Youtube or Flowplayer video. This video will be updated every few days by me
Note: I wish to vary formats between Flowplayer and Youtube as I do not want 'view counts' showing on some videos (cannot disable this on Youtube).
2. Latest videos page
- List of other free lessons, in thumbnail form. Some are Youtube vids, some are Flowplayer vids.
- Order of videos fully customisable by me (not necessarily latest first).
- Start with a total of 6 thumbnails to relevant video lesson pages, below.
3. Video lesson pages x 6.
- Embedded Youtube or Flowplayer vid
- Some Text / images above and underneath.
- I am able to add more lessons later on.
4. Sales page
- Selling a zip file. Links to Paypal which, after payment, takes you to "thank you for buying page" (below) with download link to zip file.
- I can set up Paypal admin as required.
5. Thank you for buying page
- Simple page with download to zip file.
- Hidden on sitemap so cannot be accessed without paying first.
6. About us
- Text & images
7. Contact us
- Text & images

C. Right hand column: 4 permanent boxes across all pages.

1. Thumbnail list of 3 featured lessons (I can choose specific videos to go in the list)
2. A small ad linked to the sales page
3. Facebook live feed
4. Twitter live feed

D. Footer
Basic, linking to 3 more standard pages: Privacy policy, disclaimer and copyright notice.

E. Possibly...
I may want some further integration of my email list software which will be Infusionsoft, in order to keep track of which people on my email list have bought the product (so that I don't email them with special offers for the same product).
Please could you advise as appropriate and provide alternative price in the quote for this.

Other queries:
1. Please confirm which version of Joomla you would install and how easy / important it is to upgrade. (I am looking to do as much as possible myself to keep costs down)

2. Would I have access to you to iron out design issues, etc.?

3. How long to start / complete the project?

4. Does Joomla seem appropriate for my needs over e.g. Wordpress?

5. W3 standards: would the proposed site meet all W3 standards?

6. Compatibility across browsers. I see some Joomla themes have separate css files for each type of browser. Would you do that for my proposed project?

7. Can you confirm that all work is carried out in-house by you / under your supervision and is based in UK.

8. Regarding testimonials. Would you be happy for me to contact relevant past customers?

To give you some of my own background, I have some website literacy (I set up an html site in the past), but definitely need assistance for a site like this. I think I probably have enough ability to maintain the joomla site once up.
