Joomla changes

I have a domain name and hosting.I recently installed a template for Joomla! and now need someone to create a bespoke design with logo,Facebook "like" button and Twitter "feed" and replace the template.

I need to know the following please:

- How long it will take to design 2 samples psd templates so that i can choose the design i like;
- What details you need to be able to start work;
- I need samples of your previous work in Joomla!
- How long it will take to complete the project;
- How much the work will cost;
