Joomla 3 odd jobs

Hi, I am looking for a reliable person to outsource small tasks to, somebody who can offer an extended service making alterations / updates / additions to joomla 3 websites,
no populating, no image or content provision required.

It may be an hours work one task, 3 hours the next.

I am happy to pay approx £30-35 ph however I am aware of what can be achieved in an hour, we are not totally unfamiliar with Joomla

examples.
setting up slider such as mod_slideshow_ck or jw_allvideo in frontpage of gantry template.

Set up personal.css for overides that wont be affected by template changes.
Optimise for fast loading
Optimise for SEO
setup membership registration
setup members subscription area (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/e-commerce/membership-a-subscriptions/20725) already available
setup live twitter feed / facebook likes with faces.
