Job website - Joomla, plugin installation

I'm currently planning to develop a jobseeker website, which will have some functionailities, such as searching, applying etc.

I have the design (PSD), Joomla & Plugin ready. Now I need someone to install it together and set the components & modules so we can operate the website.

THis will also include some simple coding.

An experienced person will not need any longer than few hours to set everything up.

If you are not able to do it, then please do not bid as I met many feelancers who will not deliver at the end. It will only waste our time and you will not get paid for it.
