Job portal expert required

We are looking for an expert in job portal development to bring this job into a job portal and mobile apps (iOS and Android) if you can. We are inviting talents with good rating and good reviews to bid.

For the shortlisted candidates, we will send you NDA to sign before we can discuss further. Ideal profile for this project is as follows:

* An expert with proven experience to design and develop job portal/board/applicant track system
* He or she should have existing script to modify (this is to save your time, efforts and our money)
* Creative thinking and be able to provide solutions with good business case based on the project requirement;
* Understanding currend design trend and create attractive UI while balancing good user experience;
* Good skills in develop Android and Iphone apps with proven successful apps;
* Ability to provide white label solution (SAAS) to final products is preferred but not necessary

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT MAKE UPFRONT PAYMENT AS SO MANY LESSONS WE LEARNT IN THE PAST. WE WILL GO BY FIXED PRICE AND PAY THE WORK THROUGH MILESTONES.
