Japanese translator / mediator

I would like a Japanese translator/mediator to help me purchase a product from a company in Japan, this would involve contacting the company directly to establish a contact person and email address..... Most communications will be addressed by email may include some conference calls ...

The product I want to purchase is a vinyl wrap I simply need to know the maximum width and cost per metre, then make payment and finally make sure the product is sent via FedEx or UPS with tracking details/number
