IT Savy Helper Needed

I run a small flat-sharing business, and each time we get a new property we have to set up broadband. Typically this is through a company called Glide - they post us a router, and we are then left to set it up. Its not very complicated, but we need the extra set of hands to see it through to completion.

I am looking for someone who has their own laptop and travelcard, who can come to our office in Southwark to collect the router, and then take it to the property (zones 1 or 2 of London) and set it up for us.

We take on 2-3 new properties a month, so this is not a huge job, and would suit someone who has something else they are doing part time and are just keen to get a few extra hours work.

As mentioned above, you will need to have your own laptop with you in order to set up the broadband.

There are a few opportunities for extra hours if your rate is good. Such as waiting at a property for a delivery to arrive, or for BT to install the phone line, etc. So essentially we'd be paying you to sit around and do your own stuff (read, study, work on your laptop, etc).

Please get in touch with an hourly rate. We are happy to agree to a minimum number of hours per visit.

We currently have properties in Chelsea, Victoria, Aldgate East, Canary Wharf, Pimlico, Bayswater, an Whitechapel.
