Description
Experience Level: Expert
To back up research into four key markets we would like to commission four reports to be written regarding the following areas:-
RERORT 1: The current IT Industry within Europe, specifically the state of the industry, the trends, the economic pressures, the role of social media in IT. Communications, outsourcing opportunities within Europe and where/what Countries are being utilised the most, and why, outside competitive threats ie BRIC and if there is specific opportunity to drill down into three major players: IBM, SAP and Microsoft and provide a high level overview about their "European" organisation.
REPORT 2: The current "BIOTECH" (Biotechnology) market within Europe. The overview, the trends, the future, the pressures in the industry, where the opportunities are, what the overall state of the market looks like in Europe. And to add into the mix there should be three of four example companies in respect to what they do and how they work etc..
REPORT 3: The current MEDTECH (Medical technology) market within Europe. The overview, the trends, the future, the pressures in the industry, where the opportunities are, what the overall state of the market looks like in Europe. And to add into the mix there should be three of four example companies in respect to what they do, how they work etc..
REPORT 4: The current market in MOBILE APPLICATIONS (Mobile apps) the analysis of the market, what the trends are, the skillsets within this market, the key drivers behind mobile app development, challenges, the future.
GENERAL NOTES:
a) There is no right way or wrong way of this report being compiled. The aim is to use your report to ratify parallel reports that are currently underway and to cross check the report with your findings.
b) This is a time limited exercise. The 1st draft will need to be in by the 7th June 2012. The final delivered piece by the 14th June.
c) Individuals can bid for this work either as a whole - ie 4 reports, or as individual reports, although on your opening bid you must demonstrate what report you are going to bid for.
d) Each report should be the minimum of 20 pages, the report should also show references to any quotations or statements, website links to pages where information has been obtained. Zero personal potentially controversal opinions (we don't need that... its to be factual) and graphs should be shown clearly and in a format that can be edited.. ie not in a PDF format.
e) preference is for individuals based within the European Union and with a good to excellent grasp of english written language.
f) All materials obtained should be current and obtained legally. Anything that is potentially confidential (ie extracted from a company intranet or internal reports) will not be acceptable as report writers will need to conffirm their sources are legitimate.
g) Payment will be made in the right way via this website. The report writer should be available by land or mobile or skype for a conversation before the report writing starts & during.
h) the delivered report and drafts will be in word format, electronic, with facility to edit, clear, with standard word formating and typeface.
Finally, these four reports will not be your IP, neither will they then be reproduced by you for sale or circulation, however, at a later date they could be used professionally to selective audiences and if that happens the report writer in agreement with the owner (me) could sanction the report. It is planned to provide further reports during the year and if both parties find a common success then we would look towards a regular report..and lastly... to make things enjoyable...to not run away technically and make the report a pleasure to read.
Look forward to hearing back. And the price should be per report.
