IT assistance

I want to be able to scrape Amazon reviews. I want to be able to read every review available for each individual product in a category. That may mean scraping hundreds of reviews for each product.

I want to be able to retrieve
Review rating.
Review title.
Review date.
Reviewer name.
Link to reviewer profile.
Number of helpful votes on the review.

I want to scrape the reviews from the US and the UK and then export the info the review name tuitle etc from above to a text file oir spreadsheet

Quite how this can be done I don't know because I am not a techie person, the only thing that is set in stone is the fact I must be eble to access American and UK reviews, the rest I am open to suggestion.
