IQ test logo and certificate template

I have created a visual I.Q. test and I need a logo for it. I also need a certificate template. Attached you can find samples of the certificates (including the logos) of my previous I.Q. tests.

I expect the project be done within two days after assigning you the job. I will be online answering questions and providing feedback, so this has to be completed swiftly without many revisions.

Upon completion, you'll have to send me the source files of both the logo and the certificate.
