Iphone Optimized Site Design

We are looking for designers experienced on making web sites optimized for iphone,android and smartphones.
Im not too familiar with the technology where there needs to be a detection script and 3 separate sites are made for each type or if just one page is fine for all iphone,android and smart phone users.

We have a brand page consisting of about 6 products and just want to make a nice page that fits nicely onto the mobile phone screens and movement is smooth on each system.

http://www.nikelab.com was a nice site optimized for iphone but could not be viewed on blackberrys.
We want something that is similar for all iphone,andoid and smart phones.
Even,ipad site if that can be included but priority is optimizing for iphone,android then blackberry and keeping look same.

Website will be all in Japanese but we can provide the files.
Knowledge or use of japanese fonts is a plus but not necessary
as we have an inhouse print designer that can provide all graphic files or fonts.
