IPhone/iPad universal booking app needed

I'm looking for an iPhone/iPad developer who can quickly (like within a week) produce a fairly simple though featured, robust working app for me either in native Xcode or MonoTouch C#. Although this is for my employer, I am funding this myself as I am under pressure to get this job done and do not have the time to sufficiently learn the skills I need to provide the best solution. The app itself is unlikely to be a big earner, and is being created more for image than anything else and may never even get to the app store (more a concept idea, though I may well build upon your work and submit it at a later date); nonetheless, it needs to be fully working and look good. If you are not happy dealing privately with me rather than my employer, please do not bid. If you are happy to earn some money for doing what you're good at, but not getting your name on the finished app, then you're what I'm looking for.

This is a booking app, which needs to have 5 views/forms.

It will involve saving information to core data as well as consuming ASP.NET web services (.asmx, which can be serialized to JSON) - which I have already developed. It will need to be able to utilise geolocation, Google maps or OpenSpace Ordnance Survey maps (preferably the latter, I can provide info on this).

I've played about with storyboard so have some ideas for layout (perhaps tabbar with navigation too, or maybe just navigation), but happy to leave you to design the layout which I can then tweak to our needs. I would like the app to be clean, modern and slick - easy to use and with a stylish theme. I would like to test on TestFlight first so don't have to faff about with Certs. I will provide you with the Web service link and method details. Each code file needs to have at least basic comments as to what each method/function does.

I can provide you with specific requirements for each of the views/forms, they will involve searching/saving/editing core data as well as consuming and submitting to web services, so you need to be comfortable with this.

As I am funding this myself, the maximum I can spend is £250. That's peanuts I know. But it is all I can afford, so please only bid if the terms are fine with you and if you can do all I have mentioned.
