Iphone application,the design,icon,etc and many questions for answer..!!

Hello so i want to create an application which will be able to register with facebook or twitter or with any other way possible.. It ill provide discount to students which is a step to find it after i will start working on the developing..!! It will be a free trial for 21 days every friend you invite you will get another 7 days and later if they want to continue for another 30 days it will cost something which i am still
Working on it as i need to know how much it will cost... The charge it can be get directly from itunes like credits for voip phones or as you buy an application...so i also do some "screen" on a piece of paper how i want it to be and everything i just need someone to do the magic i have the imagination and also the details for later updates but for now i need to hire someone cause i am also studying medicine...
Just a brief points for the sequence
1) the signing through facebook account or twitter or instagram
2i)circles with the options : a) restaurants , b)cafe, c) clubs and etc
2ii)between the circles the days u have
2iii)you can also chat with friends and at them(this can be an update)
2iv)the amount of the money you saved until now(this can also be an update as it requires many things to do it)
3) pressing each category then u will get the business which with the discount the photo of it in a square.
U can also fix this by popularity or how much discount or alphabetic
4)whole screen the name the bussiness the profile photo from facebook which will be easy to identify the owner with the name and age maybe all of this will be better when i can send you the drawings...
also later i would like to expand for android, a website, a mobile version of it also..!!and fan pages for facebook and twitter a lot of hard work...also before i hire someone dont bother me with asking money before i see something...
