IPhone application required involving user touch and responsive animation

I require an iPhone application to be developed based around animated characters which will have 2 inputs namely, user touch and voice commands and 3 outputs which are produced in response namely, sounds, vibrations and further changes in the animation.

Please only bid if you are willing to treat this as a discrete piece of work and you are willing to accept that I will be the sole copyright holder of the iPhone application in its entireity. If this is an issue, don't bid.

I will provide a full and comprehensive spec to the winning bidder.
