IPhone app with wordpress backend

I need a fairly simple iphone app built to my design. I have images of exactly how I need it to look and work but its a fairly simple layout. I need to have the app connect to a wordpress database using restful interface to pull in categories and images as and when they are updated (this should be checked on start up of app) and change the apps contents if any changes have been made else it will just read from the iphone database (pre installed with initial products). I have mock ups I can show you but please give me some examples of previous work and timescale.

I am looking to get started in the next 7-10 days and need app ready to put forward to Apple by the end of the month, giving around 2-3 weeks dev time. I also have more work based around this and other clients so I am hoping to build an ongoing relationship with the right developer.
