Iphone App Improvement + Matching Website

Hi,

I am looking for a company, who can do the following changes on the Lifeboat app:

1.) The App icon says "Lifeboat App", I just want it to be "Lifeboat"
2.) The Profile Picture format is wrong, any pictures loaded from the IPhone will be distorted and not in the right format anymore.
3.) In the Condition List, the beginning letters such as "A", "B", "C" are in grey color - I want the bar to be in the same color as the Lifeboat (Orange theme)
4.) Make it compatible for ISO7.


Additionally, I want a website for the app. I want it to be smooth, nice and a cool and modern Iphone app website just as on the reference link below. Important, the website has to be absolutely custom made and in the colors of the Lifeboat. It should include social media links such as twitter, Facebook, Google+ , a contact us form for feedback. It should look similar as the links below BUT custom made. One page website is fine though. There should be a link for the appstore as well, in which people can be directly connect to the appstore and purchase lifeboat.

You need to communicate with me all the time, I want to be up to date throughout the project.

The reason I want 1 company to do both, app changes and website, is because the app has an admin and data or approval of the app will be over the website.

The entire job will be done once the app has been successfully launched on the AppStore and the job shouldnt take long..
