IPhone App: Event Management - Status Updates & Notifications (limited graphics)

iPhone developer required for event management application:

- relatively straightforward build requirement - no heavy graphics (think informative website layout)
- backend and database already built

iPhone app will consist of:
- ability copy contact information from address book to application
- 3 / 4 active menu pages
- Push notifications to other users

App functionality will include:
- User 1 creates a project and sends invites to Users 2,3,4.... (using address book info)
- User 2,3,4... receives notification (if registered, email if not)
- User 2 updates Project status (1 of 3 options: Yes, No, Preferred)
- User 2 confirms updates
- User 1 receives notification that status of Users 2,3,4 have been updated
- User 1 logins into app and confirms status of other users

- Project should also be able to access photos stored on phone / take new photos
- Project should also have access to GPS / Google Maps so User 1 is able to define a location
- There will be 2 versions of the app: A premium version which allows users to create apps (and be receive invites) and a "lite" edition where users can only receive invites


As I mentioned above, the database structure has been built (we have a PHP web app in developed), we require the front end and iPhone functionality.
