Iphone App

I would like a developer to build an iphone app aimed at children under 4. It will be a simple educational app, with games that will prepare them for school. I have attached a sample of 2 of the games but the whole app will be made up of 12 games to help with things like counting skills, colours, shapes etc. If successful, there could be future versions with additional games. I am looking for quotes for building this app.
