IPhone \ Android App Build

Hi - we are looking for someone to design an IPHONE / Android App. The figure outline will be negotiated if needs be but there is not an unlimited pot so figures have to be sensible.

This app will be from scratch, and child oriented. There is a theme, but this will be provided at a later date once price and delivery has been agreed.

The specification below gives an outline of what the app will need to do. Additional specification will be provided in due course. Interested?

o Contacts system.
o News and events feed that comes from a website.
o Video and images viewer, ability to take media and upload straight from phone to app and update is sent to all members.
o Events scheduler that alerts all app users.
o Chat feature.
o GPS integration to find a ‘member near me’ kind of thing.
o Advertising platform for a free and a paid version with no advertising.
o Integration of the new modules and database etc requirements as new areas on an existing website so website and app are congruent.

Document library so pdf’s etc can be seen in a heirachical topic format (which needs to be able to be created by website users). The app should be able to view the PDF etc.
