IPad app / website

I need help to produce an iPad app and/or a website that achieves the same if possible. It would also need to be viewable on other tablet devises too for the product to be viable.

Website:
The website will ideally be developed for Drupal and will need to utilize gesture technology etc.

iPad:
This product will need to be available on the App Store, so please let me know what is required to do this, plus related costs.

Kindle:
An adapted version of this product will also need to be generated for Kindle.

This product is essentially a profile directory, so about 80% of the document will consist of the following data: Profile photo, Name, Details (ie one or two paragraphs of text). The app/website will be split into 15 chapters, each one with its own table of contents. Profiles will be searchable. And some pages will include video links.

The client and myself will need to update content easily. Updates will include, adding/deleting profiles, photos, tweaking text, and adding videos occasionally.

I would also love to hear of any expertise you could offer that would maximize delivery to market. This product is primarily aimed at lawyers, young people interested in law, and law firms.

If you have experience producing something like this and can show samples of your work that can showcase the skills required you may well be the ideal candidate for this work.

I have supplied a PowerPoint document which will help you understand what is involved.

Graphics: all graphics and layouts will be provided by myself, so would need to know what you need from me and how you would like it supplied.

This product needs to have the wow factor, but it needs to be done in the most competitive way possible, so any ideas you have that would help us achieve this would be gratefully received.

Please accompany your bid with a basic breakdown of costs, hours required and a idea of turnaround for each key stage of development.
