Ipad app

I need 2 ipad apps developed for 2 separate business

Storage App - need the ability to take customers details, name, address, email address, storage type, move in date etc etc... whilst out on site i.e. no wifi connection and then for this information to be sent to an email address so that it can be uploaded to the database.
I then need it to send a standard pdf document to the new customer saying welcome to Easy Storage etc etc, please find the terms and conditions attached bla bla bla...
if it could be linked to a web database so that all information is stored online somewhere that would be great

Events App - i have an events business that i need to be able to gather customer feedback on - once again need to take basic information and then i can supply a word document with all the questions that we need to ask. this information then needs to be ideally collated and stored somewhere (perhaps online database) so we can see the results and monitor them e.g. if we are constantly getting poor feedback on a certain area or a low score then we need to react to it quickly.
Worst case scenario we need to link these to a wireless connection and then as we click submit they are emailed to someone and then automatically printed so we can collate at the end of each day.
