Need to re-write existing code for an ATMEGA 328p micro controller. This will be easy for an EXPERIENCED programmer.
1. The current design only allows for a one packet reply to be sent out. I need this to send out multiple packets.
2. Need to add support for changing the MAC address. Current design only changes the IP.
3. Perform general code clean up to increase efficiency and reduce the size of the compiled code. (CRITICAL!)
This should be fairly easy considering this is working, tested code. I can handle all testing for you, there should be no additional work or unexpected surprises for you.
THIS IS NOT A PROJECT FOR SOMEONE NEW TO C CODE!!
Since we are working with a micro controller, the amount of space is extremely small. For example. You have to use chained IF statements instead of loops, because the use of a loop statement dramatically increases the size of the compiled code.
