Experience Level: Intermediate
I need an app with the following features. Basisally, the users will be able to upload a photo or capture a new one using their device (iOS or Android, please send two separate offers). Afterwards all the users are being shown the recently uploaded photos and can vote for them (0-5 stars rating). Something as Hot or Not clone on a mobile device.
It should be kept as simple as possible. The navigation will be simple and clear, the details about color scheme and basic imaging will be discussed with the winner.
I work in that sphere and I am confident I can do it myself, but am really busy now. Because of that I know how much it may cost and how much working time it will require, according to my expectations. Because of that, please be realistic with your offers.
