IOS (iPhone & iPad) application that connects to online user database (API)

NOTE – The start date for this project will be around the 19th of August.

We are looking for a talented iOS developer to create a native application for iPhone and iPad, which will connect with our Azure hosted online MySQL database via a custom API for user authentication.

Below is a high level overview of the project:

The overall project has been split into 6 development phases – this job is for phase 1… on successful completion of this phase the additional 5 phases will be up for discussion.

For the initial phase of development we are looking for a functional application for testing, design is not the top priority at the moment (phase 2 will provide all graphics and additional functionality). Phase 1 will NOT go into the App Store so a basic wire frame like layout is acceptable.

We require the following pages:
1. Start Screen (loading graphic)
2. Home Screen (some graphics, log in fields, log in with Facebook, sign up link and forgotten password link)
3. Sign Up (logo graphic placeholder, either sign up for company account with Facebook or sign up without and fill out 7 fields – all link back to our user database)
4. Dashboard (logo graphic placeholder, 6 menu buttons)
5. Business Information (fields for updating business information)
6. Contact List (list of associated records with buttons to view details/add new – also if possible toggle to sync with local device)
7. Diary/Schedule (calendar view/upcoming appointment view with ability to add new/view existing details – again if possible a toggle to sync with local device)
8. Profile (additional personal details – approx. 13 data fields)
9. Settings (for now just ability to change password)
10. Contact Us/Feedback (basic contact form with multi select subject box)

This forms the first part of a large project that has been in planning for almost 2 years. We have extensive supporting technical documents on relationships and logic to be built in the more advanced features in future phases.

With this in mind we are looking for competitive costs for this phase of development with the view of forming a good working relationship with the developer.
