IOS App for Iphone and Ipad

We need an app that works with videos. It is like video version of instagram but instead of taking your own videos, you share videos which you like on youtube with friends. You can also browse videos other people put up and the app recommends videos to watch to you by having knowledge of what you like and what you have watched. Each user has a profile and people can follow other users if they enjoy the videos that they put up.

The app must have a modern and approachable interface with a easylayout and nice graphics
